Things to know:
> Could be a pinch at the start. Try to get out fast.
> Mile #1 will be fast, but don't go too crazy.
> 2nd mile in the back fields is OURS! Don't be passive there.
> Use the gravel..... either to up the tempo & move or to recover
> Last 1/2 a mile is going to be a drag race. Don't leave it up to the last 50 meters!
